THE DISPATCH

Crypt of Shadows #1 is a chilling anthology that brings together some of Marvel’s top talent to deliver a series of terrifying tales.  The anthology features stories by Benjamin Percy, Steve Foxe, Chris Condon, and Jason Loo, each with their own unique take on horror and the supernatural.

The first story, “The Haunting of the House of M,” by Percy and artist Carlos Villa, is a haunted house tale that explores the dark secrets of the mutant nation of Krakoa.  The story is atmospheric and suspenseful, with a chilling twist at the end.

The second story, “The Vampire from the Stars,” by Foxe and artist Javier Rodriguez, is a cosmic horror tale that introduces a terrifying new vampire threat. The story is visually stunning and full of action, with Rodriguez’s art capturing the horror and terror of the situation.
